Allen “Al” R. Weiss, Chairman

Al WeissA noted and highly experienced executive leader, serving in various prominent leadership roles over the past forty years, Al Weiss had an exemplary 39-year career at Disney. His last position was President of Worldwide Operations for Disney’s $10- billion+/95,000 employee Walt Disney Parks and Resorts business. He was in charge of operations at the company’s theme parks and resorts including the Walt Disney World Resort, Disneyland Resort, Disneyland Resort Paris, Disney Cruise Line, Disney Vacation Club, and “Adventures by Disney”. With his proven track record for driving growth and profitability, Weiss is currently serving on multiple Corporate Boards and is a partner in Apollo Capital Management, a private equity firm. He joined Marilyn Monroe Spas as Executive Chairman in 2012 and became Chairman in late 2015.

Niki Bryan, Founder

Niki Bryan HeadshotAn accomplished businesswoman, Niki Bryan has spent nearly three decades as an active leader in the spa, beauty and fitness industries. Through Niki Bryan Spas, she re-introduced and elevated the definition of Resort Spas and Health Clubs in the 1980s with companies such as Ritz-Carlton, Walt Disney World, Marriott and Hilton Resorts. She has shown to be an industry leader, introducing innovations in spa facility design and specialized spa services for families, couples and conference attendees.

Jim Lewis, Chief Executive Officer

Jim LewisAn outstanding leader with a strong background in business, Jim Lewis held several high-ranking positions at multiple global brands before joining Marilyn Monroe Spas in late 2015. He most recently served as the Regional Vice President and GM of Walmart Corporation, leading Walmart’s Central Florida operations, responsible for 100 stores, more than 35,000 associates and $9 billion in revenue for one of the fastest growing regions in the company. Prior to Walmart, Lewis spent 15 years within the Walt Disney Parks and Resorts business segment. Lewis fast tracked through positions in finance, business development, public affairs and operations. As President of Disney Vacation Club (DVC), Jim led DVC to become one of the fastest growing and most profitable operating businesses within the Disney Parks and Resorts business segment. Prior to Walmart and Disney, Lewis worked at PepsiCo and Price Waterhouse Coopers.

Gerald Woelcke, Chief Financial Officer

Gerald WoelckeA seasoned Finance Executive, Gerald Woelcke brings over 25 years of finance and operations experience in a variety of categories including sun-care, residential lighting and private equity to Marilyn Monroe Spas. Most recently, he served as CFO of Sun & Skin Care Research, LLC for over three years culminating with a successful exit to a strategic buyer. Gerald also served as a Group CFO with Sun Capital Partners, assisting in the turn-around and growth of acquired portfolio companies across various industries. He earned a CA (CPA equivalent) with Price Waterhouse in Winnipeg, Canada. His tremendous experience and management abilities set him apart as a strong and capable leader.

Linda Warren, Chief Marketing Officer

Linda WarrenWell-known for global marketing leadership, Linda Warren brings to the Marilyn Monroe Spas team expertise that spans public relations, CRM and database marketing, e-commerce, digital marketing and social media. She is a former executive vice president of Marketing and Brand Management for Walt Disney Parks and Resorts and most recently CMO of the Utah-based luxury community developer and Canyons Ski Resort owner, Talisker Mountain, Inc. Listed on Advertising Age Top 100 Entertainment Marketers, Warren is widely recognized as an outstanding leader in the marketing field.

Lisa Simmons, VP Operations

Lisa GueorguievAn experienced leader in the spa, health, beauty and hospitality field, Lisa Simmons has 15 years experience with national and international spas. Previously with the Steiner Leisure Group, she has led teams to win international awards such as the Condé Naste awards for outstanding customer service and guest satisfaction several years in a row. Simmons’ understanding of the discerning needs of domestic and international guests, the spa industry as a whole, and her ability to motivate and develop team members have been the largest contributors to her success.

Patrick McDirmit, SVP Operations Support

Patrick McDirmitWith 10 years of spa industry experience, Patrick McDirmit ensures operational efficiency, excellence and compliance, providing consistent delivery of best practices through a hands-on operational approach. He is also responsible for real estate selection, spa development & construction, as well as Franchisee relations including training.
