Marilyn Monroe Spas COVID-19 Notice
To our valued Clientele,
As we look to slowly open our Marilyn Monroe Spas and happily welcome you back, your health and safety remain our top priorities!
In response to COVID-19, we are taking additional precautionary measures in an effort to maintain a safe environment for our customers and colleagues.
Our treatment rooms and equipment have always been disinfected/ sterilized between clients. We are now, additionally, disinfecting shared surfaces in all our common areas and front desk throughout the day. We will also be adhering to social distance guidelines in common areas.
All team members and guests are required to have a body temperature check upon entrance to the spa. Team members and guests who are showing signs of illness, and/or those with a fever above 100.4 F (38 C), will be advised to contact their healthcare provider and re-schedule their appointment.
Also, for the health and safety of you and our staff, if symptoms of cough, runny nose, sneezing or fever arise during treatment, we will have to discontinue your spa service and your service will be refunded.
Masks and other personal protective equipment are required for team members and guests, and the policies for utilizing them depends on services, and local guidance and requirements.
The Front Desk will be asking our guests, for your and our staffs’ health and safety whether you or anyone you are in close contact with, has been sick within the past 14 days. If so, at this time, we will have to re-schedule your spa reservation.
If you need to cancel a reservation because you are not feeling well, we will be waiving any cancellation fee.
We have clear and frequent communication with our team to be aware of policy updates, and to follow CDC instructions. For the time being, we are discouraging handshakes, to keep us all extra-safe.
The CDC recommends frequent hand washing and the use of hand sanitizers.
