To our Clientele,

At Marilyn Monroe Spas, your health and safety are our top priorities!

As you all know, there is serious concern regarding COVID-19, also known as Coronavirus. Being in the spa industry, you, our guests, come from all over the world and we are in close contact with you in the Spa.

Our treatment rooms and equipment have always been disinfected/ sterilized between clients. We are now, additionally, disinfecting shared surfaces such as door knobs, bathroom fixtures and our concierge counter throughout the day.

We have clear and frequent communication with our team to be aware of policy updates, and to follow CDC instructions. For the time being, we are discouraging handshakes, to keep us all extra-safe.

The Front Desk will be asking our guests, for yours and our staffs’ health and safety whether you or anyone you are in close contact with, has been sick within the past 14 days. If so, at this time, we will be unable to schedule your spa reservation.

Also, for the health and safety of you and staff, if symptoms of cough, runny nose, sneezing or fever arise during treatment, we will have to discontinue your spa service and your service will be refunded.

If you need to cancel a reservation because you are not feeling well, we will be waiving any cancellation fee.

Please take normal, healthy precautions that you would during flu season. The CDC recommends frequent hand washing and the use of hand sanitizers.
